All the data in "Exercise Assistant" can be moved to Desktop Companion and can be copied back to KS20 by "Backup & Restore" option. This helps in restoring all the details even if the KS20 is hard reset.

Exercise Assistant is protected by 128-bit encrypted master password to ensure security. Various tracking methods are provided including Date and Month tracking.
